Consumer Dispute

In case of a dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Dispute.

Resolution Entity (ADR). These entities are authorized to mediate, conciliate, and arbitrate consumer disputes in Portugal, listed in the ADR entities' roster as provided by Portuguese Law No. 144/2015.
